No More Small Balls: How to Grow Bigger Testicles

I’m about to blow your mind. The video below is a bit controversial, but it’s got some really important lessons. You might have heard that bacteria and probiotics are the essence of life. Can Certain Bacteria Really Make You Resistant to Stress?

The first thing that I want to show you is a very controversial study that I came across when I studying neuroscience at Duke. It was conducted by a neuroscientist named John Cryan of University College Cork in Ireland. He tested the stress response of mice put into a certain situation when he fed them certain bacteria. He took two groups of mice. In one group, he didn’t feed them anything as the control group. The other group, he fed a probiotic strain known as lactobacillus rhamnosus.

Cryan had a hunch that this bacteria would help with stress response. He threw them into buckets of water and measured their latency to give up and drown. There was no way for either group to get out of the bucket.

What he noticed was extremely interesting. The control group that didn’t have any probiotics would give up. Their stress response was so high, they would swim around in circles and then gave up in about four minutes, at which point he'd save them (he didn't let them die).

But the group that he fed the lactobacillus rhamnosus to would NOT stop swimming. They wouldn't give up. They would just keep on swimming, keep on swimming. Cryan measured the cortisol levels of both groups after this test and found that the control group had 100 times higher cortisol levels than the lactobacillus rhamnosus group.

This Is Where Things Get Controversial

As a second test, John Cryan severed the vagus nerve of the lactobacillus rhamnosus group and replicated the experiment. He found that they now acted exactly like the control group. This meant that there was communication between the gut and the brain to lower cortisol levels. And all you needed was this one strain of bacteria.

We as humans have similar biologies. We have vagus nerves and the GABA receptors in our brain to communicate with our gut and this bacteria.

Can Certain Bacteria Increase Your Testicle Size?

A certain strain of bacteria called lactobacillus reuteri will help you grow bigger testicles. In a 2014 study, using male Wistar rats, researchers found that when fed lactobacillus reuteri, the group outperformed the control group on a ton of different biomarkers. These included:
  • Age-related testicular shrinkage prevention
  • Increased testicular size
  • Increased testicular weight
  • Higher testosterone levels
  • Enhanced social domination
  • Increased activity of the hypothalamic pituitary testis axis (HPTA)
  • Increased sperm motility, quality and quantity
  • Enhanced LH and FSH signaling

How to Get Bigger Balls: Get This Incredible Bacteria
