Tomato Balsamic Sauce

- 10.5 ounces cherry tomatoes
- ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp live oil
- 2 each garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Heat olive oil, vinegar, and garlic on medium heat.
Add halved tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
Cook for about 15 minutes, until sauce has reduced and thickened a bit and tomatoes are dark in color, then season with salt and pepper.
