Chipotle Cream Sauce
This creamy chipotle sauce is an excellent addition to meat or Mexican-inspired foods. It’s low in calories but big on taste.
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (soy-free)
- 2 tbsp lime (juiced)
- salt (to taste)
Combine all sauce ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fully incorporated.
Season with more salt to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
