1. Vitamin C + Garlic In High Doses.
Vitamin C is one of the well-known immune system boosters, and it is selling out in stores rapidly right now. Vitamin C is most useful in prevention of viral or bacterial infections, not necessarily in curing them. Recommended dosage is 1-2g daily.
