How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.  Once it has shipped, Standard shipping will generally deliver within 2 to 3 business days to any US address. Economy usually takes 3-5 business days.

International order delivery times vary by country. Due to COVID-19 we are seeing extended delivery times. 

How will my order ship?

We ship primarily via UPS. Orders where Economy was selected will vary between USPS First Class and UPS SurePost. Orders that have UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air will ship via their respected methods. 

Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air received before 10AM MT should ship the same business day. Orders received on a weekend will ship the following business day excluding holidays.

All orders to PO Boxes or their equivalent will ship via USPS regardless of the method selected.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can also search the number in Google which will show the related shipping company (typically USPS). You can also visit our UMZU Tracking page.

Can I Change The Items On My Order Or The Shipping Address?

Once an order is placed we cannot make edits to either the contents or the shipping address. Please contact or 1-800-214-9820 as soon as possible if you need to cancel the order and replace it since there is a short window when we can cancel an order before it is fulfilled. 

Please make sure your address is correct by reviewing the order confirmation that is sent as well as the order thank you page. 

Why Does My Order Require A Signature?

Due to the high value of orders over $175, they may require a signature to ensure your package is delivered properly. 

My Order Says It Was Delivered But I've Not Received Anything.

USPS sometimes mark something as delivered before it was actually dropped off.  If this is the case give it 2 more business days.  If you've not received it by then please call us or email us.  Our phone number is 1-800-214-9820 or

Why Can't You Ship To My Country?

Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government.  Others have strict import laws when it comes to importing supplements.

Current countries that are unable to receive orders due to strict supplement laws include: Germany, Austria, Norway, Finland, Russia, South Africa and Sweden.

Will I Have To Pay Import Taxes or Duties?

It depends.  Some countries are more comprehensive when it comes to collecting duties. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.

During checkout you will have the option to choose if you would like to prepay duties which UMZU will remit on your behalf. If you choose to not prepay we should the expected amount we expect your country may levy.

* If a package is refused due to customs/duties fees and the product returned, any fees charged for shipping to and from your country for the return will be subtracted from any monies due on the return per our return & refund policy.

Will Your Products Clear Customs?

Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure.  Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.

Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.
