How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once it has shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 2 to 3 business days to any US address.
International orders via USPS First Class Mail generally arrive in 6 to 10 business days depending on the country they are shipped to.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can also search the number in Google which will show the related shipping company (typically USPS, UPS or DHL).

Why Can't You Ship To My Country?
Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government. Others have strict import laws when it comes to supplements.
Current countries that are unable to receive orders due to strict supplement laws include: Germany, Austria, Norway, Finland, Russia, South Africa and Sweden.
Why Is International Shipping So Expensive?
Unfortunately, shipping internationally can be expensive. We only use USPS Priority Mail to ensure speedy delivery with end-to-end tracking and the fewest importing hassles possible.
Will I Have To Pay Import Taxes or Duties?
It depends. Some countries are more comprehensive when it comes to collecting duties. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.
* If a package is refused due to customs/duties fees and the product returned, any fees charged for shipping to and from your country for the return will be subtracted from any monies due on the return.
Will Your Products Clear Customs?
Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure. Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.
