Is There A Money Back Guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 60-day hassle free money back guarantee valid on up to 1 bottle per product. If you purchase more than 1 bottle, you will need to return the remaining bottles unopened. You are responsible for returning any unopened product before a refund will be issued. Please contact help@umzu.com for return instructions (Original Shipping is non-refundable).
Please make sure your items are properly packaged when being returned. If you are returning glass bottles, please wrap them in bubble wrap or make sure they are properly insulated so they don't break. Refunds will not be issued for broken bottles.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
To protect ourselves from fraud, this is only valid on your first order within 60 days of purchase, subsequent will not qualify for a money back guarantee. We will also not accept returns or refunds for items that are wholesale or that we believe are being purchased with the intent to resell.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Most orders ship within 1 business day.  Once it has shipped, Priority shipping will generally deliver within 2 to 3 business days to any US address. Economy shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

International orders via USPS First Class Mail generally arrive in 8 to 14 business days depending on the country they are shipped to.

How will my order ship?

We offer two methods of shipping in the USA: economy & priority. Orders with a free shipping coupon will ship via economy.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can also search the number in Google which will show the related shipping company (typically USPS).

My Order Says It Was Delivered But I've Not Received Anything.

USPS sometimes mark something as delivered before it was actually dropped off.  If this is the case give it 2 more business days.  If you've not received it by then please call us or email us.  Our phone number is 1-800-214-9820 or help@umzu.com

Why Can't You Ship To My Country?

Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government.  Others have strict import laws when it comes to supplements.

Current countries that are unable to receive orders due to strict supplement laws include: Germany, Austria, Norway, Finland, Russia, South Africa and Sweden.

Will I Have To Pay Import Taxes or Duties?

It depends.  Some countries are more comprehensive when it comes to collecting duties. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.

* If a package is refused due to customs/duties fees and the product returned, any fees charged for shipping to and from your country for the return will be subtracted from any monies due on the return.

Will Your Products Clear Customs?

Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure.  Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.

Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.
