Money Back Guarantee
We have a 60-day Money Back Guarantee for the first-purchase of our products after at least two weeks of use from the time of shipment. Please note the exceptions below.
To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual items per any 12 month period for first-time purchase of that item.
A full refund of the order will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges per the policy below.
Purchasing multiples of the same product on an order is subject to the Returns & Refund Policy (see below). Bundles with more than 3 products will be limited to a refund of the 3 highest priced, eligible products in that bundle less any discounts applied to that bundle. The first-purchase rule outlined herein is enforced for components of those bundles.
Wholesale or orders that are being resold are not eligible for returns.

Returns & Refund Policy
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be accepted. Orders returned without an RMA will not be processed. This includes bad addresses, refused and return to sender packages. The order must have been placed in the last 60 days to be accepted with an RMA. Items that do not qualify for first-time use are non-refundable.
Condition of Return
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned with an insured tracking number such as USPS Priority Mail. Return orders that are lost without tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure products are adequately wrapped and protected. Damaged products are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds on Multiples of the Same Product
Orders qualifying for the money back guarantee will require a return of any unopened bottles after the 1 first time use item and meet the Condition of Return requirements.
We do not offer exchanges.
- Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.
- All clothing and accessories such as coffee cups are considered final and not eligible for return or refund.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, not for use on Subscriptions, no exceptions.
- All Supplements, Personal Care and Food items are non-returnable with the exception of our Money Back Guarantee policy first time use orders.
- Money Back Guarantee is limited to per Product, not Flavors.
- Digital Products
- UMZU Fit products are eligible for a 60-day money back guarantee on the first purchase. Subscriptions for products that recur are only eligible for refund on the first purchase within the time period.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of satisfactory receipt of the returned goods.
We can only refund to the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.
We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.
Orders paid by cashier check or money order will receive a check via mail only to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.
Per our International Shipping policy, orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for returns.
